Spikes Asia Festival of Creativity has released its seminar programme, a list of the creative communications industry’s leading thinkers and practitioners.

The programme details 40 sessions taking place over four days and covers a wide range of topics that are critical and current to the industry.

The global list of speakers includes Stefan Sagmeister, creative director at Sagmeister & Walsh, who will explore the possibilities of achieving happiness as a designer, Jean Lin, global chief executive officer at Isobar, who will take a look at bringing innovation principles to marketing, and Ted Royer, chief creative officer at Droga5, who will focus on the partnership between agency and marketer and how the rules of relationships can be applied to advertising.

Representatives from AKQA, Havas, the BBC, M&C Saatchi and Ogilvy & Mather will also draw on their own experiences in order to educate, and drive discussion and debate. There will also be contributions from global digital companies Youtube, Google and Twitter.

The Location of Spikes Asia in Singapore is also reflected in the programme with speakers offering valuable insight for tapping into the Asian, and specifically Chinese, market.

Andrea Hayes, festival director, Spikes Asia, says, “With 40 seminars taking place, Spikes Asia is the essential destination for anyone in the industry wanting to stay ahead of the game. This region is culturally diverse and complex and Spikes Asia offers a unique platform to learn, test and develop ideas through our unmissable regional and global speaker line up, master classes and networking opportunities.”

The Spikes Asia festival includes seminars, forums, tech talks, networking nights and awards and will take place from 23-26 September at Suntec Singapore. Please visit the website for more details and to register.
