Employer Brand Management Awards launches North America program

Transform magazine today announces the expansion of the the Employer Brand Management Awards into North America. The past two years has seen the awards program reward exemplary employer brand projects across Europe, the Middle East and North Africa, and today's announcement of the awards’ extension into North America recognizes a global proliferation of the employer branding space, and introduces a considered program across several developing categories.

The expansion also allows for an in-depth analysis of the growing body of work from North America, notably reflected in this year’s Employer Brand Management Awards Europe, which saw companies such as SAP and McDonald’s achieve golden success across wide-ranging categories. Yet with global economic progress strongly tied to North American markets, the launch also symbolizes a more international focus for employer branding. The program will now welcome entries from a professional community that, according to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, revolves around a growth agenda that is increasingly pro-business.

Illustrating this, the awards’ categorization aims to highlight the wealth of innovation, creativity, teamwork and best practice across the employer branding spectrum. Examples such as ‘Best diversity brand’ and ‘Best brand ambassador program’ will bring a unified business approach to the forefront of the awards. Yet as the scale of cross-sector enterprise in North America outweighs many other global markets, the awards’ sector breakdown offers a detailed view of how employer branding is executed across North America, with creative execution and the coveted Grand Prix the top prizes.

Andrew Thomas, publishing editor of Communicate and Transform magazine, says, “After an incredible two years of growth in our European awards program, we were thrilled to announce the expansion of the awards in the MENA region earlier this year. Today, we’re pleased to launch the Employer Brand Management Awards to North American organizations. We look forward to honoring the work of theose companies which demonstrate best practice in employer brand management.”
