Greenspace creates new ‘forward-thinking’ property brand
Urban developer Anthology and later living brands Renaissance and Pegasus have united under one new umbrella brand, Lifestory, in a ‘forward-thinking’ branding project by UK-based creative agency Greenspace. All three brands are now aligned under the Lifestory name, with a shared purpose to provide homes that address the real needs of buyers at different life stages.
Lifestory set Greenspace the aim of creating a purpose and service-driven brand that puts all of its customers shared aspirations for quality homes and quality of life at the centre of its business experience.
Taken together, Greenspace expressed the new brand legacy idea as follows: ‘Stories of Homes, Created for Living’. Together with the key insights, the new brand legacy idea became the start point for the development of the new the brand name, Lifestory.
“Our brand name Lifestory, and our brand idea, ‘Stories of Homes, Created for Living’ perfectly encapsulate our dedication to listening to and understanding our customers so that we can delight them with our service,” says Amber Hawkes, Lifestory marketing director.
Greenspace has also created the new Lifestory website as the customer service entrance for people who are in the process of renting or buying a new home, as well as for existing residents seeking news about community activities in their neighborhood. They have access to the complete portfolio of development brands, each of which adopts Lifestory’s ‘story-centric’ approach to placemaking.
