Questback relaunches as Tivian in bid to innovate industry

New York City based intelligent experience management platform, Tivian, previously known as Questback for Enterprise, worked with UK creative agency Design by Structure to relaunch with a new name and brand identity.

The rebrand is part of Tivian’s vision to innovate the industry, moving from passive experience management (EX) to proactive, intelligent experience management (IX), and in doing so reshaping the category.

To bring the platform’s ambition to life, the new logo takes inspiration from mathematical formulas with the use of square brackets, which encapsulates the brand’s combination of people, insights and expertise.

Design by Structure conducted a market analysis of the business to develop a new positioning and tag line ‘Intelligence experience management.' This aims to encompass Tivian’s move from XM to XI and its commitment to help clients capture experience data to drive business listening.

“The work led by Design by Structure delivered a platform for us to differentiate ourselves and push boundaries in our market that hadn’t moved for several years,” says Frank Møllerop , CEO at Tivian.
