Initials CX rebrands leading British private taxi hire firm
Veezu, which leads the way in private hire technology in the UK, sought the help of London-based Initials CX to drive greater awareness and loyalty. The agency crafted a whole new brand identity, including a new brand platform, a brand guide and a comms plan.
The company operates in four key communities throughout south-west England including Bristol and Bath, meaning Initials CX had to create a brand which spoke to its hyper-local communities.
The agency provided a clear purpose for Veezu by establishing a differentiated and meaningful market positioning, which was designed with the specific intent of increasing its bookings and app downloads.
The brand messaging was also updated to better demonstrate the functional ability of Veezu as well as the emotional benefit that using a local provider that invests in the community can create.
