Landor & Fitch behind new A&O Shearman brand identity
As part of the proposed merger between UK-headquartered law firm Allen & Overy and New York-based Shearman & Sterling, Transform magazine can reveal Landor & Fitch was brought onboard to craft a new brand identity.
The proposed merging of the two international law firms means the newly formed A&O Shearman will be the only global law firm to offer US Law, English Law and Local Law capabilities. With the hope of this resulting in the formation of an integrated global elite firm, A&O Shearman will have around 3,900 lawyers spread out across 49 offices.
