Tech Japan reintroduced as Talendy

Talendy Holdings, formerly Tech Japan, uses an Employer of Record model to facilitate talent acquisition within the technology industry. The removal of 'Japan' from the brand name enables international expansion and shows the company’s willingness to grow beyond Japanese borders. The new name, Talendy, incorporates both the word 'talent' and 'technology', which mirrors the company’s goals whilst also reinstating its inclusive brand identity. Future plans for Talendy include implementing AI tools for efficient matching, expanding professional development support and building on the pre-existing EOR system.
