Operating in the ‘Intelligent Agreement Management’ category, US software firm Docusign required an extension of its newly refreshed brand in order to leverage cut-through in a highly competitive market. Global sonic branding agency amp was called on to craft a sonic identity that could foster trust, engage users and leave a lasting impression, which it achieved by utilising Docusign’s trustworthy yet lively nature. The new audio identity mirrors the scientific phenomenon of resonance, where a vibrating object causes another to vibrate, therefore mirroring the brand’s vision of the world coming together and agreeing.
