Charity offer: The first ten charity, NGO or not for profit companies to book will get a free ticket. These are available on the Eventbrite booking page and are first come first served. Only one free ticket per organisation. After this charities, NGOs and NFPs can book for £125 ex VAT per place. The non-profit rate is at the discretion of the organisers and evidence may be requested.
Payment: Payment must be received within 10 days of booking. Entry is not guaranteed without payment, although you will still be charged. The conference fee includes entry to all events outlined in the conference programme. The fee does not include accommodation, non-conference related meals, travel or other attendee expenses.
Cancellation: If you cancel 60 full working days before the event date you will be charged a 20% cancellation fee. No cancellations can be accepted after this date and full payment is due. Passes may be transferable.
Content: It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organiser to alter the content and timing of the agenda or the identity of the speakers.

Directions:
Travelling to the Brewery by public transport is quick and easy. It is close to Liverpool Street, Moorgate and Barbican stations, and served by at least 10 bus routes.
There are no car parking facilities on site at The Brewery. The nearest public NCP car park can be found at The Barbican. There is also limited pay and display street parking available.
