BOOKINGS: Bookings can only be accepted from attendees at a UK mainland address. By booking and ordering these products you confirm that you are over 18 years of age. We will be in touch to confirm recipients are over the age of 18. Without confirmation parcels will not be shipped out. Please always drink responsibly. Bookings will only be accepted until 23:59 on 28 February 2021.

CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE: Upon completing your online booking you will receive an automatic confirmation via the website. The dispatch by us of an email confirmation constitutes a legally binding contract. If you have not received your confirmation email immediately after submission of your booking, please call +44(0)20 3950 5356 and speak to a member of the team. Cravenhill Publishing (Transform magazine) is unable to accept responsibility for the non-arrival of information. Cravenhill Publishing (Transform magazine) reserves the right to decline any booking. Bookings can also be made via email to lditcher@transformmagazine.net, however please note the terms and conditions outlined below still apply. One box will be delivered per each tasting experience booking to the address provided at time of booking.

PAYMENT: You will be redirected to PayPal after booking to make payment. You do not need a PayPal account to complete this and can checkout as a guest. You can also make payment by calling the office on +44 (0)20 3950 5356. Payment is required within 48 hours of booking and before 23:59 on 28 February 2021.

CANCELLATION: Please note cancellations will not be accepted at any time after booking.

PRODUCTS: The products in the tasting box provided include a variety of allergens, including dairy, gluten and nuts. All products will come separately packaged. If you have specific dietary needs and wish to learn more about these products please contact lditcher@transformmagazine.net. Whilst we have undergone every effort to package the items securely, Cravenhill Publishing (Transform magazine) cannot accept any liability for damage to products in transit.

CONTENT: It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organiser to alter the content and timing of the agenda or the identity of the speakers.

DATA PROTECTION: The information you have provided will be kept on file for future registration use and will be shared only with the official event partners if applicable.
