MT Cassidy

MT is the VP of Design at PepsiCo. Her role is to accelerate the growth and development of the design and innovation capability across Europe.

Geordie by birth, French by name and Scottish by training, the Glasgow School of Art graduate landed in London over 20 years ago to pursue her passion for Brand Experience and building emotional connections with consumer centricity at the core. During her career, MT has established a track record for success and built an impressive portfolio, working with some of the world’s leading brands.

Scott Field
Director of communications and marketing
British Olympics Association

Scott Field is the Director of marketing and communications at Team GB, having joined the British Olympic team in early 2016 following a 16-year career in football as a leading comms and marketing professional. Team GB is a not-for-profit organisation that is privately funded and receives no annual funding from the government.

In support of their commercial objectives, Scott and his team have overseen a transformation in Team GB’s brand marketing, content development and data strategy, and are currently preparing for this summer’s Paris 2024 Olympic Games – the first in a European time zone since London 2012.

Phil Garnham

Phil is an Executive creative director with over twenty years of experience in the design and engineering of fonts for global brands. Working closely with creative teams and global clients he has created typefaces for UEFA, Duolingo, Tefefónica, Colgate, Jaguar, Evri and many more. Phil is co-author of the Monotype trends report and is a frequent host of Monotype’s Creative Characters podcast.

Ludo Duursma

Ludo is managing partner of healthcare at Brandpie. He began his career as European Trade Marketing Director at Converse EMEA, before making a switch to design and brand consultancies. He has led high profile international retail design programs for clients such as: HSBC, Adidas and Dell to McLaren Automotive. Over the past decade he has developed a special interest in complex M&A programs for global clients and the impact of M&A on brand and culture. Most recently he managed the complete transformation program when ELT and Bioclinica merged to form Clario, the world’s leading clinical trial company.

Chris leads the culture practice at Brandpie. He works with leadership teams to align vision, brand and culture. Chris is a firm believer in driving a new approach to culture; one that is more involving, experimental and creative. With twenty years’ experience, he’s led cultural transformation programs for a variety of organisations including AstraZeneca, Hikma, and Clario.

Sally has undertaken exciting brand challenges including rebranding and repositioning, with the ambition to respect and preserve brands whilst developing them to ensure they remain relevant and salient for consumers. During her career, she has always loved being part of and leading diverse teams, collaborating to achieve fantastic experiences.

He supports them at all levels, including C-suite, on brand and communications strategy. He has been the strategic and creative lead on over 100 strategic communications projects with a deep understanding of how to deliver meaningful and engaging transformational campaigns that deliver measurable results for internal and external audiences.

Adam is an advertising and brand strategy professional, award-winning writer and comedian. 

By day he is Senior strategy director for London creative agency Boldspace, working across a variety of sectors from FMCG to B2B to tech and charity.

His personal interest in the no-low sector, as a non-drinker, led to him authoring the report ‘The language of No&Low’ with Club Soda in 2023.

Rhiannon Lowe

Rhiannon is a multi-award-winning brand strategist with a stellar track record in shaping compelling strategies and narratives for game-changing brands in the UK and internationally. She specialises in working with complex organisations at critical moments of change, supporting clients with strategic insight and creativity to define more powerful and emotionally engaging brands that support their ambitions and drive performance. 

At RBL Brand Agency, she leads strategy across diverse industries and sectors, including tech, education, health, sport, professional services and non-profit. Before agency life, she headed up brand teams at Unicef and Cancer Research UK, experiences which fuelled her belief in the powerful potential of brand to drive meaningful change in the world. 

Vinay Mistry

Vinay is a multi-award winning Executive Creative Director at DesignStudio. 

With over 10 years of experience Vinay has led multiple projects for brands including the BBC, Bentley, Williams F1, Mind, English Cricket Board and Virgin, amongst many others.

As a person of South Indian heritage, Vinay passionately believes that innovative design comes from creatives with diverse perspectives and cultures. He spearheads hiring creatives from around the world, as well as promoting young people to have an equal
voice in the design industry.

He also lectures across the UK at leading design universities alongside leading the
internationally based, Popped Corn Collective; a group of designers that love to create, explore and experiment.

Stuart Radford is a multi-award winning Executive creative director. His projects include rebranding BBC Two, BBC Three, Nasa Artemis, London Symphony Orchestra and Aston Martin.

Stuart’s work has been recognised with over 250 of the industry’s most prestigious awards including 43 D&AD pencils (with two coveted Yellows and a Special Collaborative Pencil), plus Golds from The One Show, Clios, Art Directors Club and New York Festivals.

He judges regularly including D&AD, Cannes Lions and Clios, and is active in education, most recently with D&AD Shift.

Stuart is a frequent creative speaker for D&AD, Fast Company, V&A, Typographic Circle, DesignYatra and Monotype, among others.

Vishnee Sauntoo

Vishnee Sauntoo is the Director of Brand, Creative and Digital Content for C40 Cities, a global network of the world’s leading cities tackling the climate crisis.

Vishnee has more than 20 years of Brand, Communications and Marketing experience in the charity sector, working on issues such as the climate crisis, international development, health, gender, ageing and humanitarian issues.

She has led award-winning campaigns for Save the Children, the British Heart Foundation and No Smoking Day. She has also developed brands for Age International, Humanitarian Leadership Academy and more. Vishnee is a Trustee for CharityComms, with expertise in diversity and inclusion.

Katherina Tudball

Katherina Tudball is a Senior Creative director with over 20 years’ experience creating global brands. 

A regular design judge and industry speaker Katherina has been widely awarded by numerous international organisations. Her rebrands for Shakespeare’s Globe and BBC Two took home three Silver Cannes Lions and three D&AD awards including a Yellow Pencil.

Katherina’s passionate advocacy for diversity in creativity has been recognised by D&AD's members, who elected her to the Board of Trustees where she served for three years. She now leads Design Bridge and Partners collaboration with D&AD Shift, an industry programme for self-made creatives.

Alexander Wodrich

Alexander Wodrich is managing director of why do birds, a Berlin-based agency for audio branding, motion and service design. Their clients include companies from 17 countries such as Siemens, Hyundai, GORE-TEX, Ferrari and Deutsche Bahn. Having won the most prestigious creative awards, the agency belongs to the most renowned studios in Europe.

Alexander regularly appears as a speaker at universities and congresses on the subject of brands and sound. In his spare time, he is a passionate musician: He has played more than 100 concerts with his bands and recorded several records.
